Description

You will act as a Business Analyst supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations and process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply business analysis methods across waterfall and agile delivery models.
• Gather requirements and document them through user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Run Scrum sessions, prioritise requirements, and manage work stacks using DevOps or similar SDLC applications.
• Identify root causes and underlying patterns to solve complex problems.
• Maintain influential relationships with internal customers, suppliers, and senior management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Practical knowledge of the application development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including user story creation and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working within large organisations, specifically in utility services or service industries.
• Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks independently.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Degree level education or professional certification (e.g., BCS, CBAP, or Diploma in Business Analysis).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
