Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions.

Work closely with business users, SAP consultants, and technical teams.

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide functional expertise in any two or more SAP modules: PP, QM, APO/IBP, WM, MM.

Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and related documentation.

Support SAP configuration, enhancements, integrations, and change requests.

Coordinate with technical teams for development and issue resolution.

Conduct and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

Analyze production issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and process improvement initiatives.

Ensure effective integration between SAP modules and business processes.

Provide guidance and support to business users and stakeholders.

Required Skills

8+ years of SAP/business analysis experience.

Strong functional expertise in any 2 or more of the following:

SAP PP – Production Planning

SAP QM – Quality Management

SAP APO – Advanced Planning & Optimization

SAP IBP – Integrated Business Planning

SAP WM – Warehouse Management

SAP MM – Materials Management

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.

Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design.

Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams.

Good understanding of SAP integration with other modules.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience in testing, documentation, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or upgrade projects.

SAP certification will be an added advantage.

Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams
