Description

You will analyze business models to identify functional gaps and define requirements for application updates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis to define new business models and required application functionalities.
• Document Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Use Case Specification Documents.
• Update client cases in SFDC and manage communication through to issue resolution.
• Travel to client sites as required to support business needs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in IT.
• SAP HANA and SAP SCM.
• Oracle database experience.
• Proficiency in Java or J2EE and Spring framework.
• Experience with Web Services and XML.
• Working knowledge of C or C#.
• Linux or HP UX operating systems.
• JIRA for issue tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of JDBC.
