Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements for SAP implementations.
Perform business process analysis and process mapping.
Support end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Work with stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Procurement.
Support integration between SAP and third-party systems.
Participate in Agile/Scrum project delivery.
Provide documentation, testing support, and solution validation.
Required Skills
10+ years of Business Analyst experience in SAP implementations
Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Experience with Benefitfocus (Benefits Administration platform)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Hire-to-Retire (H2R) workstream
Strong requirement gathering and business process mapping skills
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting **SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Exposure to Procurement or Finance modules in SAP S/4HANA
Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments
Knowledge of SAP integrations with third-party applications
