You will translate business requirements into effective system solutions by leading cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams including product management, software development, and architects to define system solutions.
• Evaluate business processes and lead solution definitions regarding workflow, technology, and data.
• Manage requirement changes by assessing impact and securing appropriate stakeholder approvals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project objectives, scope, dependencies, and risks.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet business acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, specifically within ERP projects such as SAP.
• Deep understanding of Software and Project Development Life Cycles.
• Expertise in process mapping and modeling.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience in technology solution assessment and validation.
• Strong ability to facilitate brainstorming discussions with medium to large cross-functional teams.
• Proven negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Oracle ERP projects before transitioning into a business analysis role.
