Leads SAP cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration among business owners, product management, development, and architects to define solution strategies.
• Evaluate business processes and lead solution definition for workflow, technology, and data to support business goals.
• Manage requirement changes, assessing impact and ensuring appropriate stakeholder approval.
• Communicate solution requirements to ensure shared understanding among all stakeholders.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing to validate that solutions meet business acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Business Analysis.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP OTC, FI, and MM modules.
• Experience with SAP Enterprise Projects and integration with Salesforce and CPQ.
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements.
• Proven track record in managing project scope, dependencies, and risks.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other enterprise applications beyond SAP, Salesforce, and CPQ.
