Description

You will analyze, model, and document business requirements for SAP systems including S/4HANA and ECC modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, SCM). You will own the requirements gathering process, design business process models, and define integration workflows and reporting structures. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for SAP modules including FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, or SCM.
• Model business processes and define system workflows and reporting solutions.
• Analyze SAP integrations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Visio to track requirements and document solutions.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to delivery cycles.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules: FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, or SCM.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and business process modeling.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations and reporting.
• Ability to work within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and analysis.
