Description

Align IT solutions with finance and accounting business initiatives through process analysis and needs assessments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and document requirements for finance and accounting functions.
• Lead FI system solution delivery, including configuration, testing, deployment, and validation.
• Write and maintain functional specifications for new or modified business systems.
• Coordinate and implement testing plans for business and functional processes during development and QA.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects and provide on-call support for production environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP configuration experience within FI/CO, specifically AP and AR.
• Hands-on experience using SAP ECC 6.0.
• Proven background as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst.
• Ability to gather requirements, develop functional documentation, and identify gaps.
• Experience designing, developing, and coding programming systems or coordinating with programmers.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for interacting with company leaders, managers, and employees.
• Develop user documentation and conduct training for personnel on software usage.
