Description

You provide technical and business support for financial reporting and data integrations within the SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.2 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SAP BI IDT Universes using Hyperion Essbase and Oracle.
• Manage Essbase units and organizational hierarchies to support financial close requirements.
• Develop complex Web Intelligence reports involving multiple data sources, formulas, and high provider counts.
• Debug SAP BI reports, MDX queries, and Oracle SQL metadata while resolving technical data issues.
• Execute production moves using Promotion Management and manage change requests via ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI analysis and support.
• Proficiency with SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.2 ecosystem.
• Expertise in creating IDT Universes using MDX functions, variables, and complex dimensions.
• Hands-on experience with Hyperion Essbase applications, hierarchies, and functions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL metadata, tables, views, and materialized views.
• Experience managing user security and environment patch updates.
• Ability to perform performance tuning on recurring report schedules.
• Competency in SAP BI Reports and MDX Queries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python automation and PDF Meld for financial publications.
