Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of SAP BW 7.5 on HANA environment
Monitor and optimize system performance, including load times, memory usage, and batch processing
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, process chain failures, and data quality issues
Support deployment activities across DEV, QA, and PROD environments
Collaborate with business stakeholders for issue resolution and data analysis
Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Identify and resolve ETL and reporting performance bottlenecks

Required Skills & Experience:
3–5 years of hands-on SAP BW experience, preferably BW 7.x on HANA
Strong knowledge of BW objects including DataSources, DSO/aDSO, InfoCubes, and Composite Providers
Expertise in process chains, scheduling, optimization, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, including calculation views and performance tuning
Experience in complex transformations and business rule implementation
Knowledge of SQL and ABAP
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT and enterprise data warehousing concepts

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with BW/4HANA or S/4HANA migration projects
Exposure to SAP Datasphere or cloud data platforms
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools integration with SAP BW
SAP BW or SAP HANA certifications are a plus
Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations
