Description

You will develop and maintain SAP BW NW 7.5 on HANA, focusing on FI-GL and AP modules. You own the full lifecycle of complex data models, including Composite Providers, Advanced DSO, Open ODS, and HANA calculation views. You deliver technical enhancements and support for existing BW and HANA processes, using financial transactional systems as the primary data source. You design and develop SAP HANA native applications (Classic/XSA) using HANA Studio/Web IDE, SQL script, and complex Dynamic SQL Stored Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex data models (Composite Providers, Advanced DSO, Open ODS) and Process Chains for financial data.
• Implement ETL data transformations and handle technical enhancements for existing SAP BW and HANA models.
• Provide hands-on support for SAP BW and HANA processes, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Write custom ABAP applications using ABAP-OO, ABAP Web-Dynpro, AMDP Classes, BAdI, and User Exits.
• Design HANA native applications using SQL script, Stored Procedures, Function calls, Tables, Views, and Calculation Views.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP BW/HANA developer.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP BW modeling for FI-GL and AP modules.
• Strong experience with SAP HANA Studio/Web IDE and HANA SQL script.
• Expertise in ABAP, ABAP-OO, ABAP Web-Dynpro, and ABAP development for HANA.
• Experience building complex Dynamic SQL Stored Procedures to retrieve and treat SAP source data.
• Solid project history with at least 3 full life-cycle SAP BW/HANA implementations.
• Must have direct experience in the financial domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AMDP Classes and BAdI implementation.
