Description

Develop and maintain SAP BW NW 7.5 on HANA with a focus on FI-GL and AP modules, owning the full lifecycle of complex data models and technical enhancements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex data models including Composite Providers, Advanced DSO, Open ODS, and HANA calculation views for financial data.
• Design and build SAP HANA native applications (Classic/XSA) using SQL script, Stored Procedures, and Dynamic SQL.
• Implement ETL data transformations and write custom ABAP applications using ABAP-OO, AMDP Classes, BAdI, and User Exits.
• Support existing BW and HANA processes to ensure system stability, performance, and technical enhancements.
• Manage Process Chains and handle technical support for financial transactional systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP BW/HANA developer.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP BW modeling specifically for FI-GL and AP modules.
• Strong experience with SAP HANA Studio/Web IDE and HANA SQL script.
• Expertise in ABAP, ABAP-OO, ABAP Web-Dynpro, and ABAP development for HANA.
• Experience building complex Dynamic SQL Stored Procedures to retrieve and treat SAP source data.
• Solid project history with at least 3 full life-cycle SAP BW/HANA implementations.
• Direct experience in the financial domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AMDP Classes and BAdI implementation.
