Description

You will lead the implementation and migration of complex business intelligence solutions using SAP BW4HANA and SAP BusinessObjects BI Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of project delivery including estimation, planning, design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage a system integrator team of SAP business intelligence professionals to maximize manpower efficiency.
• Analyze and define projects in alignment with business objectives and present findings to senior management and steering committees.
• Execute complex projects within established time and cost estimates while managing impacts on company I/S methodologies.
• Facilitate presentations to communicate new methods, ideas, and system descriptions to functional leaders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• 8+ years of technical or business experience utilizing SAP applications and business intelligence tools.
• 5+ years of project management experience or experience leading teams through implementations and business impact issues.
• Hands-on technical experience within the last 3-5 years.
• Mastery of reporting and analytics methodologies.
• Mastery of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
• Proficiency with SAP BI Suite and associated tools.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of I/S methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience managing and delivering SAP BW to BW on HANA or BW4HANA projects.
• PMP certification.
