Description

You will support and maintain SAP BW/HANA/Power BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across data loads, data models, and reports.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for system issues.
• Collaborate with onshore teams to ensure successful delivery of support services.
• Manage incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Create and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience supporting SAP BW/HANA/Power BI.
• Expertise in SAP BW/HANA/Power BI administration and configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting data loads, data models, and reports.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP BW/HANA/Power BI.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP Bw, Hana, and Power Bi technologies.
• Ability to work independently and within a team structure.
