Description

You will own the configuration, implementation, and delivery of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle SAP C4C project implementations, ensuring functional configuration meets business requirements.
• Execute at least two complete implementation cycles for SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and deliver functional specifications for cloud modules.
• Analyze and configure integrations between C4C and S/4HANA environments.
• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP C4H ecosystem products including Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Customer Data Cloud.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total experience in SAP C4C consulting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in full life-cycle SAP C4C project implementations.
• Strong functional configuration skills in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.
• Proven track record of delivering at least two end-to-end C4C implementations.
• Understanding of S/4HANA architecture and integration points.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Callidus Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Customer Data Cloud.
