Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage SAP Customer Experience modules.
  • Support SAP C4C environments and related workflows.
  • Collaborate on customer experience technical requirements.

Required Skills

  • 7-10 years of experience with SAP Customer Experience.
  • Deep functional knowledge of SAP C4C.
  • Proven track record in SAP implementation projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP C4C Utilities.
