Description

You will lead the design, build, test, and deployment of SAP technology solutions, managing client relationships and consulting teams across project work streams.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect business process solutions based on customer requirements.
• Develop backend cloud functions in SAP BTP using a Low-Code/No-Code approach.
• Build UI components in BuildApps aligned with SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2 style guidelines.
• Write technical specifications and manage testing and documentation for all software solutions.
• Lead consultants across various project work streams and manage client relationships.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
• Proven delivery of at least 2 projects using SAP C4C V2.
• Deep knowledge of the CX Integration portfolio and publishing mashups in SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI for integration with SAP ECC.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Groovy scripting.
• Experience with custom component design in ReactJS.
• Ability to establish extension field links between new and existing business objects.
• Experience in both implementation and support projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and configuring key integration points in CRM.
