Description

You will own the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Callidus solutions for sales compensation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define sales compensation needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Drive customer discussions and facilitate meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP Callidus in alignment with business objectives.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing sales compensation processes.
• Manage testing, data migration, and post-implementation support while ensuring effective communication with technical teams.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Sales Compensation processes.
• Strong expertise in SAP Callidus or similar sales compensation tools.
• Ability to drive customer discussions and present solutions clearly.
• Experience in business process analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Cisco and its sales compensation processes.
