Description

You will design, implement, and optimize SAP Callidus solutions for sales compensation. You will own the translation of business needs into functional specifications and ensure successful configuration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for sales compensation.
• Drive customer discussions and facilitate meetings to gather and document functional needs.
• Work with technical teams to configure and implement SAP Callidus solutions.
• Manage testing, data migration, and post-implementation support activities.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on sales compensation processes.
• Strong expertise in SAP Callidus or similar sales compensation tools.
• Proven ability in business process analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering.
• Experience managing data migration tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Cisco and its specific sales compensation processes.
