Description

You will lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Callidus solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from requirement gathering through testing and deployment.
• Customize SAP Callidus settings, workflows, and business rules to meet specific needs.
• Integrate SAP Callidus with SAP ERP, CRM, and HR systems to automate processes.
• Leverage reporting and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and incentive compensation.
• Advise clients on best practices for optimizing incentive compensation processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with SAP Callidus.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Experience managing end-to-end implementation lifecycles.
• Ability to design and configure complex business rules and workflows.
• Knowledge of incentive compensation and sales performance management.
