Description

You will own the configuration, development, and optimization of SAP Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain complex compensation rules and plans.
• Customize system configurations to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and manage data integration workflows using Oracle PL/SQL for ETL processes.
• Build and optimize Crystal Reports for compensation data visibility.
• Manage the Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM) and automation scripting.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience with SAP Callidus (ICM).
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for data integration and ETL.
• Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports development.
• Expertise in automation scripting and ALM.
• Ability to design and optimize compensation plans.
• Experience with workflow and organizational data integration.
