Description

Configure and maintain SAP Callidus Cloud for commissions and CPQ, ensuring accurate compensation calculations and system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Commissions rules, plan formulas, and workflows to align with business requirements.
• Own end-to-end compensation calculation processes to ensure accurate and timely sales payments.
• Manage data integration between SAP Callidus and external systems using Oracle PL/SQL, ETL, and APIs.
• Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for task automation and troubleshoot system issues.
• Design Crystal Reports and manage Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM), including user hierarchies and security.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP Callidus Cloud (Commissions/CPQ).
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL for data management and integration.
• Experience with Unix Shell Scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Thorough understanding of incentive compensation, sales performance management (SPM), and compensation plan design.
• Ability to perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective stakeholder communication.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
