Description

Lead SAP Central Finance implementations, support, and optimization for financial consolidation and reporting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure SAP Central Finance (CFIN), AIF, and SLT for data mapping and replication.
• Manage month-end close processes, financial reconciliation, and incident/problem/change management.
• Lead onsite and offshore support teams to ensure system stability and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and drive continuous improvement of financial processes.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of total experience with strong hands-on SAP FI/CO expertise.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance (CFIN) architecture.
• Proven experience with AIF, SLT, and data mapping/replication configurations.
• Experience leading support teams and managing stakeholder communications.
• Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in incident, problem, and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
• Knowledge of OpenText VIM or Treasury integrations.
