Responsibilities

• Configure and test Callidus commissions systems to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Lead clients through solution modifications, optimizations, and integration projects.
• Manage and implement year-over-year plan changes within commissions systems.
• Direct integration projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Design technical solutions using current technologies and best practices to enhance product functionality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven consulting experience with Callidus Commissions configuration and implementation.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Architecture and related technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and solution design.
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative team structures.
• Any Graduate degree.
