Description

You manage the complete lifecycle and operations of SAP S/4HANA Cloud SaaS solutions, operating verification and production landscapes in a 24/7 shift rotation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate SAP verification and production landscapes, creating or redesigning operation concepts across development, verification, and productive environments.
• Execute technical and operational tasks, including tracking and processing customer requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with support functions to resolve issues.
• Evaluate new technologies and software to drive automation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Basis Administration.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP Basis Administration and SAP NetWeaver.
• Experience with HANA DB administration.
• Proven experience working on production support projects.
• Deep knowledge of software logistics, performance, and optimization.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for technical problem analysis.
• Exposure to ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.

Preferred Skills

• SAP HANA Certification.
• ITIL Certification.
• Understanding of SaaS and Cloud offerings and related processes.
