Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and deploy integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI · Integrate SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, ECC, AWS, Snowflake, Concur, and third-party applications · Develop integrations using SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, JMS, and file-based adapters · Implement message mappings, content modifiers, value mappings, and exception handling · Manage security artifacts including certificates, keystores, OAuth, PGP, and user roles · Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of integration flows · Apply SAP integration best practices and enterprise integration patterns · Work with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration designs · Create and maintain technical documentation (integration specs, mappings, interface catalogs) · Support deployments across DEV / QA / PROD landscapes Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills · Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite · Proficiency in Groovy scripting for CPI extensions · Patterns like Sync/Async, Pub/Sub, Batch vs Real Time, Splitter, Multicast · Experience with XML, JSON, XSD, and message transformations · Solid understanding of SAP middleware concepts and integration architecture · Expertise in SAP API Management · Knowledge of API-led integration and event-driven patterns · Experience connecting cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-prem, and hybrid landscapes · Cloud Connector SAP & Integration Knowledge · Understanding of SAP business objects (e.g., IDocs, BAPIs) · Exposure to SAP Process Orchestration (PI/PO) migration strongly preferred Experience Level · 5–10 years of SAP integration experience · 3+ years hands-on SAP CPI / Integration Suite development · Experience in S/4HANA transformation or cloud migration projects preferred Soft Skills · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Ability to collaborate with functional, security, and infrastructure teams · Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders · Ability to work independently and manage multiple integrations concurrently Preferred · SAP CPI or Integration Suite certification · Experience with BTP services (API Management, Open Connectors, Event Mesh) · Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and transport management in SAP BTP
