Description

You will lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs while managing service line financials and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full accountability for financial results, including revenue, cost base, margin growth, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Direct program-level delivery by engaging service lines and managing delivery subcontract relationships.
• Manage talent acquisition, workforce planning, and skill development to align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Represent the organization at steering committee meetings and engage with C-level executives to communicate vision and status.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to define, document, and maintain consistent service standards and architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale implementation and transformation projects.
• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven track record in financial management, including margin, revenue, and cost base reporting.
• Experience leading and coaching delivery teams through complex client requirements.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Agile methods.
• Experience managing external partners and delivery subcontracts.
• Ability to manage workforce planning and capability development.

• Experience articulating value propositions to executive-level stakeholders.
