Description

You will manage the configuration, maintenance, and technical support of the SAP Concur platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure system settings including expense types, account codes, email reminders, and profile page settings.
• Manage travel policy rule classes, approval workflows, and the creation or updating of audit rules and exceptions.
• Resolve technical issues, bug reports, and HR Feed import errors.
• Maintain expense forms by managing additions, deletions, configurable fields, custom text, and lists.
• Administer receipt rules, attendee configurations, and custom messaging components.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in SAP Concur administration and support.
• Expertise in SAP Concur design and system configuration.
• Proven experience resolving technical issues and system bugs.
• Hands-on experience with HR Feed import troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage audit rules, exceptions, and custom text within the platform.
• Experience configuring expense types, receipt rules, and form assignments.
• Knowledge of travel policy rule classes and approval workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.
