Description

You will own production support and implementation for SAP Concur and SAP Finance modules. You manage SLAs, coordinate with clients and vendors, and resolve technical issues within defined constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Manage SAP Concur support and implementation projects while meeting defined SLAs.
• Execute patching, monthly closure activities, and document SOPs and KEDB.
• Handle on-call support for P1 issues and escalate risks or issues promptly.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Application Production Support for SAP Finance modules.
• Direct experience supporting GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Proven track record in multiple SAP Concur support and implementation projects.
• Experience managing and resolving technical issues within SLA constraints.
• Ability to work the IST second shift (3:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST).
• Strong communication skills for client and vendor coordination.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Concur certification.
