Description

You will deliver SAP solutions and support services, managing incidents, changes, and builds while ensuring SLA adherence and audit compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end delivery for project or support requirements.
• Handle incidents, service requests, changes, and build activities.
• Coordinate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure SLA adherence, documentation, and audit compliance.
• Support testing, deployments, and production stabilization.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules.
• S/4HANA exposure (where applicable).
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• ITIL process familiarity.
• Agile process familiarity.
• Effective client communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of tenure in previous SAP roles.
