Description
You will manage system maintenance vendors and oversee the functional delivery of HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the system maintenance vendor to ensure timely delivery and compliance with programme standards.
- Own the Change Request (CR) lifecycle, from requirement initiation and impact assessment to user testing and implementation.
- Oversee Service Requests (SR), System Investigation Requests (SIR), and problem reports to ensure prompt resolution of defects.
- Perform project planning in coordination with interfacing, infrastructure, and maintenance teams.
- Document functional requirements, design specifications (FD), test packages, and data patching impact assessments.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager and Operations Manager.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in functional management or system maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM ERP.
- Experience managing vendor deliverables and service level requirements.
- Ability to conduct requirements gathering and evaluate design solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity suites.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong technical writing skills for creating functional design and process documentation.
- Proven ability to coordinate stakeholder meetings and facilitate user training.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in the ARIS tool.
