Description

You will manage system maintenance vendors and oversee the functional delivery of HR systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage system maintenance vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with programme standards.
• Own the Change Request lifecycle, from requirement initiation and impact assessment to user testing and implementation.
• Oversee Service Requests, System Investigation Requests, and problem reports to ensure prompt resolution of defects.
• Perform project planning in coordination with interfacing, infrastructure, and maintenance teams.
• Document functional requirements, design specifications, test packages, and data patching impact assessments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in functional management or system maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM ERP.
• Experience managing vendor deliverables and service level requirements.
• Ability to conduct requirements gathering and evaluate design solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity suites.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating functional design and process documentation.
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholder meetings and facilitate user training.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in the ARIS tool.
