Description

You will drive SAP CR&B implementation and support programs within the utility sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end lifecycle implementation activities, including requirement gathering and business process design.
• Manage SAP configuration and RICEFW functional design.
• Conduct systems and integration testing to ensure stability.
• Resolve production issues and manage work delivery between onsite and offshore teams.
• Coordinate with clients through regular presentations and communication.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Extensive experience in SAP CR&B implementation and support, specifically in Billing and Device Management modules.
• Proven track record with at least one end-to-end lifecycle implementation.
• Experience working in AMS environments.
• Strong analytical skills using advanced Excel for SAP ISU data analysis.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, SLA, and KPI management.
• Ability to manage offshore team coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Electricity, Gas, or Water Utilities industries within North America.
