You will configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with HR business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure SuccessFactors modules based on specific business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Execute unit testing to validate system configurations.
• Translate HR processes into technical system setups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management System (LMS) module.
• Hands-on experience with Talent Management module.
• Proficiency with Employee Central.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP HCM.
