Description

You will design, configure, and customize SAP CRM 7.0 modules, including BP, Master Data, and Technical Master Data. You will manage service components such as Service Contracts, Requests, Orders, and Install Base. You will implement Business Activity, Tasks, Service Tickets, and ERMS.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP CRM 7.0 modules including BP and Master Data.
• Develop and integrate SAP CRM Fiori apps, HANA, and Gateway OData services.
• Handle integration via PO, CRM middleware, BDOCs, and IDOCs.
• Implement Business Activity, Task, Service Tickets, and ERMS.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP CRM 7.0 (BP, Master Data, Technical Master Data).
• Proficiency in Gateway foundation, OData services, and Fiori/UI5 apps.
• Experience with HANA CDS Views and Fiori Smart Business on HANA.
• Technical knowledge of IDOCs, ABAP (RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs), and debugging.
• Experience with XML Web Services for SOA solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM Fact sheet, BRF+, Multi-Channel Foundation, and Micro services.
• Experience with integration via CRM middleware and BDOCs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integration through SAP PO.
