Description

You will maintain and support the SAP BusinessObjects platform infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain the SAP BusinessObjects platform BI 4x or higher.
• Manage servers, services, and nodes within the Central Management Console (CMC).
• Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations of BO components across environments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize report delivery.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and security settings, and ensure backup/disaster recovery procedures are in place.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of working experience.
• Experience administering SAP BO platform.
• Strong understanding of CMC, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and UDTI.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Tomcat, WebSphere, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting server logs, report failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with LDAP/AD integration and SSO configuration.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes or ServiceNow Control.
• Skills in Sap, Sap Systems, Sap Basis Core Bo, Bobj.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 L2 Support model.
