Description

You will own the technical configuration, maintenance, and performance of the SAP CPQ solution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve performance challenges within the CPQ environment.
• Configure updates to support client software and system upgrade requirements.
• Execute testing for upgrade releases and manage backups prior to code changes.
• Troubleshoot production tickets, categorize by severity, and provide resolution estimates.
• Maintain data integrity and monitor daily transmissions from CPQ to BO/EDW.

Required Skills

• Technical experience with SAP CPQ configuration and maintenance.
• Experience managing SAP/Callidus CPQ upgrade releases and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with SAP ECC.
• Experience with Salesforce integration.
• Knowledge of EDW (Datawarehouse) data streams.
• Ability to manage and resolve production support tickets based on severity.
• Experience supporting data analytics and KPI reporting through clean data streams.
