Description

You will support SAP CRM operations, integrations, enhancements, and new rollout projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP CRM operations and drive system enhancements.
• Manage integrations between CRM and ECC/S/4HANA.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation and rollout cycles.
• Handle master data management and campaign execution within CRM.
• Resolve system issues using HP ALM for defect and test management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP CRM experience.
• Expertise in CRM integration with ECC/S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of CRM Middleware and master data.
• Experience with campaign management functionality.
• Proficiency in Sapconsultant, Crm, S/4hana, and Sap Crm.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management using HP ALM.
• Proven ability to resolve complex system issues.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of total working experience in SAP ecosystem.
