Description

You will manage the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP CRM modules, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, and Service.
• Translate business requirements into technical SAP configurations and customize applications.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and testing to resolve CRM issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare technical documentation and training materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM implementation, configuration, and support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CRM and HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Service.
• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP modules and related technologies.
• Any Graduate degree.
