Description

You will manage the configuration and implementation of SAP CRM modules within the services domain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for services workflows.
• Analyze and map business processes to CRM functionalities.
• Configure SAP CRM modules, focusing on Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Service Planning.
• Customize solutions using the SAP Web Client UI to meet specific business needs.
• Manage system integration requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CRM Modules.
• Proficiency with SAP Web Client UI for customization.
• Experience in services domain business processes.
• Ability to document complex service workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.
