You will lead the functional design and implementation of SAP CRM solutions to meet complex business requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions and design system recommendations that align with long-term IT strategy.
Implement full-cycle configuration solutions and maintain all associated technical documentation.
Define testing strategies for modules and lead end-to-end integration testing.
Manage the delivery of project releases and troubleshoot complex incidents through evaluation and design of corrections.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to propose process enhancements by analyzing system options, risks, and cost-benefit impacts.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CRM, specifically configuring and customizing CRM Service.
At least 1 full lifecycle SAP CRM implementation.
Expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 best practices including CIC, Sales, and Service.
Functional configuration experience in Account and Contact Management, Organizational Management, Transaction Types, Item Categories, and Partner Determination Procedures.
Proficiency in Action Profiles, Status Management, Data Management, Text Management, Categorization schema, ERMS, and Pricing.
Hands-on experience with Middleware Monitoring and CRM WEB UI Configuration (Business Roles, WorkCentres, Navigation Profiles, Technical Profiles, and Transaction Launcher).
Experience with CRM–ECC integration for Product, Customer, Contact, Pricing, Transactions, and Employee data.
Ability to read ABAP code and perform debugging.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical and business solutions to management.
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SolMan - ChaRM.
Experience supporting complex SAP environments with multiple components.
Experience working on customer FIORI and mobile applications.
