Description

You will own SAP CRM requirements gathering, configuration, and end-to-end functional implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for SAP CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP CRM Service, including Account, Contact, and Organizational Management.
• Manage end-to-end functional implementation within the SAP CRM landscape.
• Configure Business Roles, WorkCentres, and Navigation Profiles.
• Communicate technical and business issues to management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CRM.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience in SAP CRM.
• Expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 best practices across CIC, Sales, and Service.
• Functional configuration experience in Data Management.
• Experience with CRM – ECC integration for Product, Customer, Contact, Pricing, and Transactions data.
• Familiarity with ABAP code and debugging skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SolMan - ChaRM.
• Experience working on customer FIORI and mobile applications.
