Description

Lead functional implementation and configuration of SAP CRM for global organizations. Own the end-to-end delivery of SAP Sales modules, from blueprinting to testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business blueprinting workshops and requirement gathering sessions to identify and analyze fit/gap requirements.
• Design and configure system setups, including CRM pricing and replication from SAP ECC.
• Manage Customer Master and Material Master setup and replication between SAP ECC and SAP CRM.
• Configure CRM Billing Middleware to ensure seamless replication of master and transaction data with SAP ECC.
• Provide business process consulting by applying industry best practices to solution designs and manage end-to-end testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CRM Pricing and replication from SAP ECC.
• Expertise in Customer Master and Material Master setup and replication.
• Deep knowledge of CRM Billing Middleware for master and transaction data replication.
• Proficiency in requirement analysis, solution design, and system configuration within SAP Sales modules.
• Strong background in SAP CRM Technical processes and SAP ERP environments.
• Experience working with SAP ECC and various SAP Products.
• Any Graduate degree.
