Description

You will lead the implementation and support of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0 modules within an AMS framework.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP CRM solutions to meet defined business requirements.
• Design and implement activity management processes, maintaining associated reports and dashboards.
• Manage marketing campaigns within SAP CRM, analyzing data to optimize performance.
• Implement and support the SAP CRM Service module, handling service requests and contracts.
• Coordinate with AMS project teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder reporting.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0, specifically Activity Management, Marketing, Service, and ERMS.
• Proficiency in SAP CRM and SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in CRM.
• Project management experience, particularly in AMS projects.
