Description

Lead the implementation and support of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0 modules within an AMS framework.

You will configure and support SAP CRM solutions to meet defined business requirements. Design and implement activity management processes, maintaining associated reports and dashboards. Manage marketing campaigns within SAP CRM, analyzing data to optimize performance. Implement and support the SAP CRM Service module, handling service requests and contracts. Coordinate with AMS project teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder reporting.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0.
• Experience with Activity Management, Marketing, Service, and ERMS modules.
• Proficiency in SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in CRM.
• Project management experience, particularly in AMS projects.
