You will lead SAP CRM sales and service implementations and integrations.
Responsibilities
Configure SAP CRM modules including One Order object, IBase, Web UI, Business Role, service order, service contract, complaint management, and resource planning.
Manage ECC integration and SD Order to Cash processes.
Communicate technical solutions and business processes to senior management and clients.
Execute end-to-end implementations across industries such as Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, or Rental.
Assist clients through deep business knowledge in the SAP CRM Sales and Service areas.
Required Skills
14+ years of relevant experience in SAP CRM Sales and Service.
Hands-on experience with SAP SD and Order to Cash.
Proven track record with at least two end-to-end implementation projects.
Technical proficiency in Web UI, Middleware, and CRM Sales.
Knowledge of User exits, BAPI, BADi, and WRICEF objects.
Strong consulting skills and ability to manage client requirements.
Bachelor's degree in B.E., B.Tech, Computer Applications, or MBA.
