Description

Lead SAP CRM sales and service implementations and integrations.

Manage ECC integration and SD Order to Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP CRM modules including One Order object, IBase, Web UI, Business Role, service order, service contract, complaint management, and resource planning.
• Manage ECC integration and SD Order to Cash processes.
• Communicate technical solutions and business processes to senior management and clients.
• Execute end-to-end implementations across industries such as Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, or Rental.
• Assist clients through deep business knowledge in the SAP CRM Sales and Service areas.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of relevant experience in SAP CRM Sales and Service.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD and Order to Cash.
• Proven track record with at least two end-to-end implementation projects.
• Technical proficiency in Web UI, Middleware, and CRM Sales.
• Knowledge of User exits, BAPI, BADi, and WRICEF objects.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to manage client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in B.E., B.Tech, Computer Applications, or MBA.

• Ability to join within 30 days.
