Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP CRM functional activities for implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Configure and support SAP CRM Sales and/or Service processes.
Collaborate with business users, project teams, and technical resources to deliver effective CRM solutions.
Coordinate project activities and communication between client stakeholders and offshore teams.
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and project discussions with cross-functional teams.
Support testing activities, issue resolution, and production support efforts.
Track defects, enhancements, and project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience with traditional SAP CRM (non-C4C).
Strong functional expertise in SAP CRM Sales and/or Service modules.
Experience supporting end-to-end SAP CRM implementation and support projects.
Proven ability to work in both functional consulting and project coordination roles.
Strong experience interacting directly with business stakeholders and clients.
Experience working with offshore development and support teams.
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within enterprise-level SAP environments.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience leading client-facing discussions and status reporting
