Description

Lead SAP CRM functional activities for implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP CRM Sales and/or Service processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support testing activities, issue resolution, and production support efforts.
• Track defects, enhancements, and project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate project activities and communication between client stakeholders and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with traditional SAP CRM (non-C4C).
• Strong functional expertise in SAP CRM Sales and/or Service modules.
• Experience supporting end-to-end SAP CRM implementation and support projects.
• Proven ability to work in both functional consulting and project coordination roles.
• Strong experience interacting directly with business stakeholders and clients.
• Experience working with offshore development and support teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within enterprise-level SAP environments.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
