Description

Lead SAP CRM functional activities across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution recommendations.
• Support SAP CRM Sales and Service business processes and related configurations.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to manage deliverables and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress, track defects, and support testing and deployment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP CRM Functional consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in traditional SAP CRM (not SAP C4C).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM Sales and/or Service processes.
• Recent experience working on SAP IS-U projects.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle SAP CRM implementations and production support.
• Strong business requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate with offshore development and support teams.
